The minimum stay is set at 5 days.
Rooms are available exclusively for adults.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
It is not allowed to move or change decorative elements.
The rooms as well as all common areas are used exclusively by the tenants.
Pets are not accommodated in the accommodation.
For any damage there is a corresponding charge (eg wear of bed linen from sunscreens, hair dyes, etc.).
